If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item we‘ve sent you, simply return the item in new and unused condition with all tags attached (if any). We will gladly refund the full purchase price or credit your account, excluding shipping charges and handling fees, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
In some cases we need to special order some items, please make sure you want the items you order because if you need to cancel, change or return an item, these item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When returning your item please use your order number as Return Authorization number and please specify the reason for the return.
** Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense, If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.
Note: All merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. Must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached to the product.
Please allow 10 business days after we receive your order at our warehouse, for your return and refund to be processed.
During Free Shipping Promotions
The following rules apply if your package qualifies for free shipping:
If a package is shipped out during a free shipping promotion, and the package is returned to us the customer will be refunded the cost of the products MINUS our initial shipping cost.
Bat Return Policy
Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, our return policy is voided. Returns and exchanges for opened bats are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please refer to our bat warranty page for additional information.
Similar to our return policy, we honor exchanges for 30 days. When exchanging your item please write us a note with reason for exchange and include it with a copy of the packing slip and the item in new and unused condition. Please call our customer service department in order to get your Exchange Authorization Number.
Custom orders rules, such as a custom-embroidered jersey, may not be returned or exchanged except for reasons of defect. Custom Jersey orders can not be changed or canceled once the order is placed. All returned /exchanged orders for custom pads are subject to a 25% manufacturer restocking fee. Exchange shipping fees will apply. No exceptions. Used or slightly worn custom pads cannot be returned or exchanged at anytime. No exceptions. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. Orders placed in June, July, and August are subject to a minimum wait time of 4 weeks. This item cannot be rush shipped. Majestic Jersey orders can not be changed or canceled once the order is placed.
Please pack the item you are returning carefully and return via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the address below. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Along with the merchandise, make sure to include the following required information (we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange if all fields are not properly filled out).
