Shipping Policy
Frank‘s Sport Shop, Inc. ships exclusively with UPS and FedEx. We presently ship to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. For overseas orders we do offer USPS as a special shipping option. We do not offer PO Box shipping regularly, but we can ship to a PO Box for a fee. Free Shipping applies to select products only; products over 10lbs do not quailify for any shipping promo.contact us for details.
UPS
we offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and UPS Ground. Orders received and processed prior to 5pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
FedEx
We offer Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Delivery, and FedEx Ground. Orders received and processed prior to 4pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Please note that if package gets refused, customer will be still responsible for any shipping charges. “Signature Requirement” would be added and included to all packages being shipped during holidays season.
To Track Your Order
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. You can also visit your Order History page, and click on the order you wish to track. If you are not able to track your order please contact us.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Time of Delivery
Shipping charges will be calculated once you add your items to your shopping cart. Costs are based on the delivery option you choose: Ground, Next-day, 2-day, etc. And are also based on the weight, size and dimension of the products. Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Special orders may take 7-10 business days.
In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup could only be made during store hours. Customer must allow at least an hour after placing the order for processing before pick up. We recommended for customers to wait for email notification before deciding to come to the store.
The person picking up the merchandise must be the owner of the credit card, and the customer must bring:
- The purchasing credit card (Recommended but, not required for pickup)
- Your order number (listed on order confirmation page, in My Account and on your confirmation email)
- State Valid ID or Driver's License.
International Orders
Our system is not prepared for international orders at this time. However, you can still place your order. Simply download and complete our International Order form and fax it to (718) 583-1652 or mail it to the address below.
