During Free Shipping Promotions
The following rules apply if your package qualifies for free shipping:
If a package is shipped out during a free shipping promotion, and the package is returned to us the customer will be refunded the cost of the products MINUS our initial shipping cost. If you decided to refuse your package please note that the initial shipping cost and the undelivered return fee will be deducted from your refund.
USPS Shipping Service
Processing time varies by product. If you select USPS shipping, you order will be ship within 2 business days. No exemptions for types of delivery services. USPS carrier picks up our packages when they are in our neighborhood within 1 to 2 days after pick up is schedule.
Standard Ground Shipping
Ground Shipping within the United States is via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail service. Ground Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada is by USPS Priority Mail Service. Faster shipping options, FedEx 2Day® and FedEx Overnight®, are also available. Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all your packages. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.
Continental United States Orders:
While most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). Depending on your selected shipping option.
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A physical address is required for shipment. We ship to P.O. Boxes only with USPS.
We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
Standard, (3-6 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
3 Day (3 business days)
You can expect your order to arrive within the end of the third business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
2 Day, (2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
One-Day, (1 business day)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
USPS Mail, (7-14 business days)
Orders will be shipped to non-continental United States addresses (APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and International countries) via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect delivery within 7-14 full business days.
To Track Your Order
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. You can also visit your Order History page, and click on the order you wish to track. If you are not able to track your order please contact us.
In-Store Pickup could only be made during store hours. Customer must allow at least an hour after placing the order for processing before pick up. We recommended for customers to wait for email notification before deciding to come to the store.
The person picking up the merchandise must be the owner of the credit card, and the customer must bring:
- The purchasing credit card (Recommended but, not required for pickup)
- Your order number (listed on order confirmation page, in My Account and on your confirmation email)
- State Valid ID or Driver's License.
Our payment processing system is not prepared for international orders at this time. However, you can still place your order and submit your payment with PayPal. When you are at the Confirm and Pay page, select payment method PayPal and, click on the PayPal Checkout button to continue to the PayPal site and pay the order balance.
